Our client a notable International company specializing in Training, Consultancy,

Advisory and Procurement services urgently the service of highly skilled candidate
to fill the afore-mentioned positions

Location: Lagos

• Highly motivated,with a strong commitment to Training, Consultancy or
Procurement services .
• Knowledge and understanding of Training, Consultancy or Procurement services
• At least three years working experience in operations
• Strong organizational, planning, management and leadership skills
• Fluency in local language and working knowledge of English
• Computer-literate (word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
• B.Sc/HND, MSC/MBA in Accounting ,Finance or Management, added Advantage
and other related fields

Job Summary
The Head of Operations is charged with operational oversight, business
development and management including profit and loss management and
key account management. The jobholder is fully accountable for all aspects
of the business including improving service quality, operational efficiency,
and overall business performance.


Strategy & Planning
•Lead strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity,
and service delivery; provide direction and structure for the organization’s fleet

•Develop strategy, business plan and budget for the transport business to drive
growth and the achievement of defined goals; cascade it down to quarterly/monthly plans

•Keep abreast of economic, industry, market, competition and regulatory trends,
ascertain their (potential) impact on the business and take appropriate action to
strengthen the company’s position; gather and leverage business intelligence.
Develop cutting edge operational strategy

Business & Development Management
•Support business development; prospect for and identify new business opportunities
including new products/service offerings

•Drive the growth of the transportation business across all dimensions including sales,
market share and profitability

•Drive the implementation of the strategy and business plan towards the achievement
of set targets and goals

•Develop and drive the implementation of a continuous improvement plan

•Manage the budget and business to achieve set targets whilst improving operations
and service standards; manage and ensure cost optimization

•Define and maintain key performance metrics

•Track and monitor business performance; implement corrective actions or interventions
where required

•Identify and manage business, operational and related risks

•Provide periodic and ad-hoc report as required to support management decision making

Operational Oversight
Develop and drive the implementation of policies, procedures, processes and
standards to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements in business

Stakeholder Relationship Management

Build and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders towards the achievement
of business goals

•Facilitate the establishment of strategic partnerships and collaborations to strengthen
business performance

•Build, develop and maintain customer relationship

Team Leadership & Management

•Direct and oversee the activities of departments and teams

•Provide leadership and developmental support

•Coach, mentor and manage performance

Professional qualifications such as ACA will be an added advantage

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos

· Develop and implement Marketing, Planning and Development etc.
· Maintain and service both the existing and the new clients satisfactorily.
· Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing
sStatements, deeds and leases.
· Must be customer responsive and creative.
· Responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory.
· Discover new opportunities constantly.
· Prepare a variety of sales status reports that include activity, follow-up, closings, and adherence to targets.
· Communicate new opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information
ccollected during field activity to designated personnel.
· Source and develop client referrals.
· Plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of company products.
· Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.

• Highly motivated,with a strong commitment to Training, Consultancy or Procurement
services .
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales
• NYSC discharge/exemption certificate
• HND/Bachelors Degree in any discipline
