Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to perform the following functions:

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s online assets/property
Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the assets/property
Developing, conceptualizing, deploying and managing digital marketing campaigns
Overseeing the management of social media strategy for the company.
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness for the company and digital assets clients.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company’s asset in the digital space.
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing campaigns.
Ensure proper use of analytics and data in managing and deploying campaigns for the growth of the company’s asset in the digital space.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments and new trends in the digital space.
Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform.
Conduct competitive analysis studies on the company competitors, including digital footprint analysis.
Supervise the posting of content on company’s own digital asset with maximum exposure on all other channels for proper engagement of online target audience.
Devise creative and innovative ways to leverage on social media for professional and business purposes.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of Bachelor degree /HND or equivalent in a reputable institution
2-3 years of working experience as Digital Marketer/ Public Relations Staff in a Media Company
Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management.
Knowledge of social media and analytics software

Admin/Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities

Archiving under supervision to enhance accuracy and adequacy of record keeping
Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles and ensure efficient allocation of vehicles
Tracks the fuelling relative to distance for each car
Booking of flight tickets, cabs and accommodation
Liaising with services providers like suppliers and contractors to ensure uninterrupted provision of services
Responsible for the firm’s premises
Manages archives under supervision to enhance accuracy and adequacy of record keeping
Schedule and coordinate events as required by the company
Routine and preventative maintenance, repair and support for all MPL-owned facilities and assets
Manage and coordinate the relationship with vendors, service providers and sub contractors
Liaise with HR on the logistics of staff training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development.
Bring the organization’s physical resource and inventory requirements to the knowledge of the Head, Administration
Other functions as assigned by the Head, Corporate Services.


Minimum of an HND or its equivalent in a business related discipline.
2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Officer in a reputable organization
Understanding and practical knowledge of general administration, logistics management and facilities management
Understanding of the local branding and media industries.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of the interrelationship of all major operations of the company.
Stock control and inventory record management


Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of a marketing strategy for Maxima Media Group products/services (this includes the articulation of cross selling opportunities).
Cultivating and generating sales for all the Maxima Media Group products and services.
Execute marketing research activities and computation analysis of data gathered
Liaise with units to develop promotional activities for new and existing products/services
Coordinate product performance assessment initiatives and recommend solutions for product improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with all strategic business units of Maxima Media Group.
Maintain client database and ensure periodic follow-up correspondence with clients as required
Ensure maintenance of client invoice schedule and timely follow-up
Develop presentations and proposals to prospective clients with the view to cross sell Maxima Media Group products and services
Support the overall marketing objectives of Maxima Media Group both externally and internally.

Educational Qualification and Skills Requirement:

Minimum of a BSC/HND in Marketing from a reputable institution or related courses.
2-3 years of working experience as a Sales Executive in an advertising, Media and Branding Company with proven track records.
A recognised professional certification/ membership will be an added advantage e.g. certification in Marketing. Like CIM, NIMN,APCON etc
Strategic management (formulation and Implementation) skills.
Understanding of key client dynamics and motivators.
Understanding of the local branding and media industries.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
