Position Description
Job Purpose
To support the FX Process Manager and Head, Custody Operations, in providing quality service to clients under custody in the areas of Repatriation & FX Processing.

KRAs
Provide timely response to all service and operational issues/queries from clients in respect of their FX repatriation issues
Manage clients expectations in processing their FX processing
Monitor and ensure that clients standing instructions for FX repatriations are strictly adhered to
Prepare CCI issuance instructions on T+4 by 15:00 hours and submit to IBD
Follow up with IBD to collect hard copy of CCIs issued and file accordingly
Liaise with GM to procure FX and timely repatriate in line with clients’ instruction
Ensure that confirmation of FX processed for clients are sent in line with SLA with clients
Daily call over of all FX repatriations to clients to ensure that all repatriations were instructed for
Daily call over of all cash entries to clients and FX repatriation accounts to ensure that the entries were correctly processed.
Monitor the FX repatriation accounts to ensure that all funds are properly accounted for and any exceptions noted are promptly dealt with
Proper filing of documents and general administration
Provide weekly and monthly reports of FX processed on behalf of clients in terms of their breakdowns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of a 2.1University degree
Market Relevant Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year work experience

Ability to understand the Nigerian stock market
Capacity to deal with diverse mix of clients
Provide clients with prompt response to their queries
The essential requirement of this job function is timeliness. Clients must be kept happy with timely service.
Prompt, efficient and effective customer service cannot be compromised.
Understanding the settlement mechanism
Must have the ability to work under pressure
Required Competencies
Must be able to analyze issues and make sound /rational decisions
Must be able to discharge duties with due diligence and care

Must have good listening skills
Must have ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
