Our client is one of Nigeria’s leading Management Consulting Group offering professional and business advisory services to both multinational and reputable indigenous clients across all sectors.

S/he will assume a wide range of responsibilities, from winning new business to leading project teams in the execution of projects for our clients. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for coordinating team members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are delivered according to predefined quality standard in a timely manner.

The Senior Consultant will provide strategic thinking on policies, procedures, processes, and implementation to ensure the operations of the Business Unit is aligned with and promotes the firm’s strategic priorities. S/he will also assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Business Head.

Conceptual Thinking
 Define problems through management consultations, team meetings, case framework analysis, and other applicable strategies
 Break problems into small, manageable segments; identify the factors that affect the problem and decide how to approach the project
 Brainstorm, finalise, and present recommended solutions to the client business challenges
Project Execution
 Create and institutionalise an efficient project monitoring and reporting system to ensure service quality and compliance with objectives, deadlines, and donor and regulatory requirements
 Conduct objective research on current market trends, the client’s competitors, product demands, and other related topics to support critical analysis
 Data Gathering and Analysis
 Check and analyse information such as financial status, salary structure, expenditures, business flows, sales statistics, and other relevant data
 Summarise all gathered data and facts; deduces logical conclusions based on valid arguments
 Interview or facilitate focused group discussions with stakeholders, managers, supervisors, and other employees for additional data gathering
Programme Formulation
 Develop strategic programmes, communication plans, and other attainable change management approaches to implement desired transformations in the organisation
 Attend regular meetings and report project progress to management, clients and other stakeholders

 First degree in any relevant discipline from a reputable institution
 Minimum of 4 years cognate work experience in a renowned Consulting firm
 Successful track record of working on Management Consulting projects (especially HR initiatives) for clients in varied industries with evidence of consistent results
 Project management experience with relevant certification and
 Knowledge of Management Consulting concepts such as Strategy formulation and Execution Management, HR Management, HR/Talent Management Consulting, Performance Management System Design, Development and Deployment and Process, Procedure & Policy Development

 Proven ability to produce concise, well-structured, and very high quality reports and presentations;
