Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence
Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance to sales process
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.
Implement performance plans according to company procedure.
Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on sales technology initiatives and strategies.

Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.

Should have experience with Excel, CRM tools, data analysis and customer analytics
Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred
Four (4) to six (6) years in a sales /marketing representative role; within IT industry preferred.
Two years of prior management experience
Strong intrapersonal skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing and conversions
Exceptional presentation skills
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Hardworking, persistent, dependable and self-directed
Combines technical in depth with business savvy and creative flair
