Job Description

A security company at Lekki Phase 1 is seeking to fill the role of a Personal Assistant.
Job description:
– Organizing and maintaining diary and making appointments
– Devising and maintaining office systems
– Word processing , dealing with correspondence, writing emails/letters and corporate documentations
– Taking on some of the manager’s responsibilities and working more closely with management
– Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings, liaising with clients and other staff
– Preferably a male with prior experience
– The candidate must have good communication, writing and presentation skills.
– The candidate must have strong administrative and personal assistant skills with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
