Job Description

1) Secretary
Key Responsibilities
• Liaising with clients and linking them to appropriate staff
• Answering phone calls, text and fax messages and relay it to appropriate staff
• Receive letters and proposals from clients
• Provide all word-processing for confidential documents
• Good communication, customer service skills and interpersonal relationships
• Deal with phone and e-mail inquires from customers
• Ensure proper documentation of all files
• Adequate inventory keeping of supplies
• Must possess at least a B.Sc in Social Sciences with not less than 7 years relevant experience as a secretariat Administration
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of M-S Word, Excel packages, e. t.c.
• Preferably a female and fluent in English (written and oral)
• Must be matured and married

2) Company Accountant

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day to day financial & management accounting activities of the plaza
• Adequate and timely financial record keeping of Sales proceeds
• Preparation of monthly payment vouchers and staff payrolls
• Ensure perfect documentation, record keeping and inventory management
• Ensure payments of all taxes, returns and documentation and filing of all payment receipts and tellers
• Daily Stock/inventory management

• Must possess at least a B.Sc in Accountant with not less than 8-10 years relevant experience as a Accountant
• Proficiency in all Accounting Software Packages e.g Peach Tree, SAGE,
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of M-S Word, Excel packages, PDF e. t.c.
• Preferably a Male

3) Sales Officers
Key Responsibilities
• Engage in client prospecting as well as following up clients
• Ability to handling rejection and close sales
• Passionate about selling and must be able to meet and exceed sales target
• Understand the market terrain and market penetration strategy
• To build relationships with prospect to ensure more sales are closed
• Willing to learn, understand the products and services so as provide accurate product information to client
• Must possess at least a B.Sc in Humanities with not less than 5-7 years relevant experience as a Sales

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the MD in confidential Matters
• Reading, monitoring and responding to the MD’s email

• Organizing travel and preparing complex itineraries
• Managing the MD’s electronic diary
• Representing the MD at meetings
• Drafting communications on the behalf of the MD
• Must possess at least a B.Sc/HND inrelevant field with not less than 5-7 years relevant experience.

Job Description

Manages and motivates all services’ staff and other personnel involved in delivering high level, quality service, and on time delivery of service vehicles in order to ensure growth and expansion to achieve business development targets.

• Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop.
• Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
• Facilitate the orientation of new team members in collaboration with the Workshop Supervisor by familiarizing them with work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
• Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
• Conduct annual Performance Appraisal for Workshop Personnel.
• Provide advice and technical assistance to team members.
• Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
• Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness.
• Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles.
• Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.
• Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
• Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Follow up closely during implementation.
• Coordinate with sales department and arrange for delivery of equipment to customers.
• Maintain communication with GM headquarters to obtain security information, report unusual concerns and share new ideas that may contribute to improved Workshop operations.

Essential Skills Required

• Experience in the automotive industry
• 3-5 years cognate experience managing an automotive workshop, particularly attached to a dealership
• P&L experience and ability to initiate & drive business development goals and strategies
• Familiarity with both American and non-American vehicles
• Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
• Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
• Organizational ability
• Detail-oriented
• Technically competent with ability to train others

2. Automobile Technician/Mechanic:

JOB PURPOSE: Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles.

Automobile Technician Mechanic Job Duties:

Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
