FINANCIAL CONTROLLER/ CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (REF: AC/LNK/0013)
LOCATION – LAGOS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide leadership in the Finance and Accounting Department
Provide management with timely financial report
Liaise with Regulatory bodies to ensure meeting of company’s obligations
Interface with the financial institutions

QUALIFICATIONS
First degree in Accounting or related field with professional qualification (ACCA or ACA)
Minimum of 6 years in a similar role in a manufacturing or service organization
Analytical with advanced knowledge in spreadsheets
Able to understand and interpret financial records for management leadership
Experience in interfacing with financial institutions
Good knowledge of Pastel accounting software or other accounting packages would be also an added advantage

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (REF: FA/LNK/0014)
LOCATION: LAGOS

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership in accounting Receivable
Prepare schedule of VAT, WHT and PAYE
Prepare/update monthly accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations
Periodic physical inventory counts and checks and comparison against records
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Prepare/update receipt schedule and calculate monthly revenue amortization

QUALIFICATIONS
University degree or HND in Accounting with ACA
Minimum of 3 years experience (exposure in ICT will be an added advantage)
Good knowledge of Pastel accounting software or any other popular accounting package would also be an added advantage

PROJECT MANAGER (REF: PM/LNK/0016)
LOCATION: PORT HARCOURT

JOB DESCRIPTION
Creates and executes project work plan and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly
Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization

SKILLS
Ability to identify business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping
Ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively
Understands internet, intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements

QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be a Certified Associate in Project Management
Project management professional certification is an added advantage
3 – 5 years experience in project management

TRAINING / EDUCATION MANAGER (REF: TE/LNK/0017)

LOCATION: PORT HARCOURT

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and deliver training programmes in information and communications technology (ICT)
Responsible for the applications of learning technologies to transfer skills (in both IT and non-IT subjects)
Carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable leaner skill levels
Designing training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
Ensuring the learning environment and resources support leaner needs
Maintaining appropriate records of leaner development and also resource allocation

SKILLS
Ability to impart knowledge to students as well as to recognize individual learning skills and to adapt curriculum towards engaging each student relative to

individual learning capacity
Excellent communications skills especially in English and its variants
Diplomatic skills is essential

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum first degree from any reputable institution
Must possess industry certification from recognized industry trainers like Microsoft MCT or similar

MARKETERS
Commission based marketing officers with relevant exposure and skills necessary for product push working conditions very attractive with potential for

retention based on performance

LOGISTICS MANAGER (REF: LM/LNK/0015)

LOCATION: PORT HARCOURT

Coordinating and controlling the other cycle and associated storage and movement of resources (equipment/man power/ tools)
Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvement in delivery performance
Analyzing logistics problems and preferring real solutions
Managing logistics team

SKILLS:
Extensive overall logistics management experience with specific exposure in project management role
Ability to communicate in effective and concise manner. Excellent English communication skills is prerequisite
Possess strong analytical troubleshooting and problem resolution/solving skills
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks as requires
Capable of development clear and up to date procedural documentation

QUALIFICATION
Candidates hold a university degree in logistics or comparable degree with additional related business administration degree as a plus
3 – 5 years of experience in logistics management
Knowledge of MS office package
