Our client is a holding company that operates in the Finance and IT sector with over 23 years’ experience of bringing their expertise to the market. They are a forward thinking organisation with technology at the core of its’ operations.

They are currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager who can demonstrate the ability to create a pro-active environment that would empower associate officers to achieve their individual target.

Liaising with the Head of Marketing & Strategy, you would develop and implement strategic marketing plans for all product/services in their key markets. Whilst outlining strategic initiatives you would be able to with forecasts for increased client penetration and revenue and compare it to previous activity to justify the business growth.


Business development initiative
Fund generation
Risk asset generation
Swift attendance to client issues
Supervision of Lease/Credit asset team
Reviewing of transactions and granting approvals
Recovery of outstanding loan/lease facility
Product rate review, Product requirement review and market information for customer feedback.
Liaise with other department towards achieving organizational goals
Provide market intelligence to aid research and product development.
Liaise with Head, Marketing & Strategy and Head, Client Services to conduct Client Satisfaction surveys
Develop sales scripts and ensure set protocol is adhered to when performing sales activities
Ensure all team members maintain high standard of professionalism in brand representation to prospective clients and all other external stakeholders


BSc (or its equivalent) in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics or Marketing
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Financial Industry
Professional Accreditation in Marketing (CIM, NIM or related membership)
Excellent Communication and negoitation skills
The ability to think outside of the box
Leadership Qualities – not dictatorship but working together as a team with the same business objective
