Customer Relationship Manager (job Ref: Crm)

Job Location: Lagos State


• B. Sc in any Social Science course
• 7 Years experience in Customer Service Management
• At least 3 years leading a Call Centre Operations

Competency Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of customer service policies and practices
• Proficiency in CRM system MS Office applications
• Thinking analytical problem solving skills
• Active listening skills and high stress tolerance level
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Organising, planning, and negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skill

Salary range is 7,000, 000 – 9, 000, 000/annum
