Job Description

My Client is an house hold name in Public Relations industry in Africa. Having been celebrated in the niche of PR and Brands Communication market space, she is currently considering Expansion . Hence as a result of this,, My Client would be needing top and talented hands for the following roles in Lagos. 

(1) Head Of Finance. (Reports directly to CEO of the Parent company) he/she should have held a senior management role in the past as a Finance Manager or as CFO and should have interest in Finance of service oriented organization that has several subsidiaries. Minimum Qualification is second Degrees, MBA, Professional Certification/affiliation in Finance and Account is a must.
 (2) Digital Media Head,(4-7 Years Experience) Idea Candidate would head a Unit and would be responsible for formulation, implementation and cordination of new media businesses both for Private sector Clients and Public sector Client.He /she should be able to have a grasp of online reputation management. Experience in Brands and Marketing as well as Online / Apps development Companies would be of advantage. Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Web Development, SEO,Google Offerings. He/She must be Google /Oracle certified and should reside or willing to live in Lagos. Minimum qualification is Graduate degrees, and or MBA/Masters and as many IT related Qualification. (3) PA To MD: 3-5 years Experience. Must be smart, intelligent and confident person with demonstrated record of having functioned in similar capacity. He/She must be IT/Computer Savvy and have sound presentation skills. He/She would be responsible for managing the whole spectrum of the Principal’s Functions/Activities.Interest in Brands and Marketing environment is key. Minimum experience is Graduate degree, HND or related educational qualification.

(4) Head of Business Development: 4-7 Years Experience in Brands, Marketing and communication environment. HE/She would be responsible to managing current client as well as come up with service offerings to attract more clients. CRM and Relationship management is key. Leadership and Supervisory role is ideal qualification for this role. Minimum requirement is Graduate Degree(s) and or Professional Certification in relevant field .  (5) Head of Business/COO. This Role is a replica of the CEO and as such, He/She she should be entrepreneurial and would double as the Business owner as well as the Head of Operations.He/She would act as leader to all levels of C Circle and should have better grasp of Strategy for Brands and PR businesses. The Minimum requirement is Masters, MBA and or Professional Certification.
