Job Location: Lagos Nigeria
Reports to: The Chief Executive Officer

Role Summary:
To oversee the HR Solutions line of business (Assessment, Verification, Recruitment) by providing strategic planning & direction, leadership and value-adding relationship management aimed at delivering cost-effective and top quality service to clients whilst ensuring operational efficiency and creating new business opportunities for the firm.

 At least 8 years’ experience in Human Resource Consulting
 At least 3 years in a management role, with responsibility for managing P&L
 Functional experience in recruitment and candidate assessment is an advantage
 A background in Management Consulting is an advantage
 An MBA or a Masters in H.R. or Industrial Psychology preferred
 CIPM, CIPD or SHRM required
 Strong Project Management and Execution skills
 Knowledge of HR Processes and Procedures
 Knowledge of HR Systems & Applications

 Ability to sell professional service offerings
 Strong pitching skills
 Strong relationship management skills
 Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Oral).
 Strong attention to details.
 Ability to effectively delegate.
 Strong creative and problem solving skills.
 Highly intuitive and analytical.
 Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
 Preferred past work experience: HR Consulting firms
