Our professional services cover; statutory and special audit & assurance, forensic investigation & Accounting, reporting accounting & due diligence, taxation, financial & business advisory services.
Consulting & advisory services include; business consulting & advisory, financial & investment advisory, corporate strategy, human capital development & management consulting services.
TAC is a member firm of Integra International, a worldwide organization of independently owned and managed professional service firms, providing audit, tax, consulting and specialist advisory services. Integra International shares knowledge openly and regularly, offering expanded professional services to their clients, including meeting their national and international needs.
Purpose of Position:
To drive business development initiatives, enhance product penetration and champion the quality assurance of the company’s activities. The successful candidate would also drive the brand visibility of the firm.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement effective marketing and business strategy of the company products and services to attract quality clients and briefs;
o Develop marketing channels to grow the company’s client base and expand its market share;
o Collaborate with management and unit heads to create presentations template, brochures, web content and online marketing and creative social media strategy;
o Develop and implement integrated marketing and strategic PR to strengthen the TAC brand;
o Conduct periodic market and business development research on products and services as well as to monitor competitors and present report for management decisions;
o Plan and implement market cultivation strategies for sourcing of prospects;
o Research and develop long range business development strategies and marketing plans for all products and services;
o Provide leadership in TAC brand positioning in the marketplace and also liaise with our International Affiliates and expand TAC visibility;
o Be involved in the development of annual targets and overall budget projections; and
o Any other specific or adhoc duty to be assigned by the CEO from time to time.
Qualifications & Job Attributes:
 A bachelor’s degree in social sciences or in any other related field.  Practical business development and marketing experience of services.  Minimum of five (5) years cognate practical working experience of which two (2) years must be at management level.  Must have the capacity to meet defined targets  Planning and organisational skills, innovation and initiative.  Strong interpersonal relationship skill.  Excellent oral and written communication skills together with strong presentation skill.  High integrity, reliability and confidentiality.  An efficient Team Leader with Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
