Job Description

Reports to: Finance & HR Manager
A young and aspiring company which is engaged in Tracking Technologies and Marketing & communication consultancy based in Ikeja, Lagos is looking to fill in the position of Front Office Admin. The applicant’s primary responsibilities:
• Welcome and direct visitor to concerned staff.
• Assist in providing office and clerical activities, and also ordering and distributing office supplies and paying necessary bills.
• Monitor the use of office supplies and equipment, coordinate the repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area and general office area.
• Provide general administrative duties.
• Contribute positively to the growth of the company especially from cost management point of view.
• Perform Key Personal assistant functions for the MD/CEO.
• Other Responsibilities as may be assigned by the Finance & HR Manager.
The Front Desk person must be FEMALE, a minimum OND holder in either of Accounting, Business Admin, and Mass Communication or Computer Science fields (probably looking to fulfil the mandatory industrial attachment). She must be presentable and possess the following skills:
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Strong Verbal and writing communication skill
• Strong cognitive ability,
• A good team player and possess a personal drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Calm and politeness
