Job Description

JOB TITLE: Finance/Admin Coordinator
LOCATION: Lekki-Ajah Lagos, Nigeria

• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance and office administration
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with accounting tools/software (preferably Quick Books)
• Prepare and coordinate daily bank deposits
• Accounting responsibilities, including handling of accounts receivable, accounts payable, preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements, Tax filings
• Work with external parties including auditors as required Administration
• Internal company mail management (receipt and delivery to internal staff members)
• Assisting with travel arrangements
• Filing of company documentation
• Managing inventory of office supplies
• Candidates must have either a Bachelor’s degree/HND/OND
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Must have the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Must be an innovative and creative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
