Letshego MFB is recruiting to fill the position of Executive Management Assistant & Office Manager
Job title: Executive Management Assistant and Office Manager
Reports to: Country CEO
Location: Lagos
Job type: Permanent
Expected Start Date: 1st October, 2016
Job summary:
Assist the Country Management Committee (CMC) with all administrative, organizational and operational matters as required. To serve as a point of contact and provide executive support for CMC members. To support facilitation of strategic initiative execution at the direction of CMC.

1) Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
2) Resourceful and Solution oriented thinking
3) Reliable and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, CEOs, board members, external partners and donors
4) Good technical understanding of office equipment and excellent computer literacy
5) Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on outstanding issues to successful completion within agreed deadlines.
6) Expert level written and verbal communication skills
7) Self-starter with good initiative and emotional maturity
8) Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to deliver effectively and independently
9) Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response as well as confidentiality
10) Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
11. Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
12. Must be multi-culturally aware and be willing to work across geographic diversity
Knowledge and Experience Required of Job Holder:
1) Bachelor degree in commercial / secretarial or other relevant courses from a recognized University
2) Management Support knowledge
3) Experience of at least 2 to 5 years in similar positions in an international environment
4) Fully proficient in English, verbal and written
5) Good communication skills with all levels in the company, no arrogance
6) Fully proficient in Office Suite and online environment including social media
7) Both team player and used to work alone
8) Flexible, Social, Communicative, Altruistic, service oriented#
9) Good understanding of the role of Human Capital in delivering business goals and objectives
10) Excellent organizational skills.
