Job Title: Ecommerce Administrator / Office Manager

Salary Range: 60,000 – 80,000 (Per Month)

Job Description:

· Oversee the company’s online retail sales and presence.
· Manage staff: scheduling, assign and direct work; conduct interviews, hire and conduct orientation for new staff; supervise or conduct training, coach; evaluate and give appraisals; and ensure good quality of work.
· Develop and supervise execution of strategic marketing and sales activities
· Supervise and lead relationship management activities
· Supervise the development of customer engagement materials
· Take overall responsibility for the achievement of individual and team Targets
· Supervise and lead all enterprise management activities
· Develop and present overall enterprise performance report
The successful candidate must have:

· B.Sc/ BA Degree or equivalent experience.
· Excellent organisational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills.
· The ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once
· Must also demonstrate strong initiative and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment.
· The ability to maintain a calm and focused persona under pressure, resolve and diffuse sensitive situations, maintain professional and positive interactions and be able to establish rapport quickly and adjusts his/ her behaviour to take into account the working styles and perspectives.
· The ability to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside group, and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.
