Reports to: GM, MARKETING AND STRATEGY

Description: Clients Service Manager

Clients Service Manager Job Purpose:
Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.

Clients Service Manager Job Duties:

• Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
• Responsible for overseeing the execution of all campaigns to the satisfaction of clients
• preparing and completing action plans on customer-service standards
• Detecting and diagnosing customer challenges
• resolving problems that has to do with our business dealings with clients completing
• identifying customer service trends and recommending for strategic purposes and clients satisfaction
• Meets customer service financial objectives by forecasting requirements for successful execution of projects
• Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conductingsurveys; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
• Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
• Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new technique.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills: Customer Service, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Managing Processes, Planning, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analyzing Information , Developing Standards, Help Desk Experience, Emphasizing Excellence

Experience
3-4years & above of relevant industry
Qualification
A University degree in any field but with proven skills, abilities, experience and knowledge in MANAGING AND ANALYZING PROCESS.
A second degree completed or in view may be an advantage.
