Job Description

Our client is an indigenous ICT services and System Integration Company focused on proffering solutions and support services to numerous clients in Oil & Gas, Financial, Education, Hospitality, Real Estates and Manufacturing sectors.
The company seeks for the services of a self-motivated and highly resourceful individual to work as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE in her Business Development Unit in Lagos head office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Managing accounts and meeting or exceeding targets relating to revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention.
• Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings, identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities
• Generate new business and raise awareness of other company services
• Undertake general administrative duties in Business Development Unit
• Form Database and follow up with regards to clients, projects, targets and competitors
Other Requirements:
Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge
• Minimum of a BSc / HND degree in relevant discipline from a reputable organization
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, and implementation of company-wide business development Plans and programs.
• Candidate must be a male / female with vast experience
• Able to communicate eloquently in English and effectively and proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power point).
• Flexibility, persistence, resourcefulness, an insatiable drive to succeed and entrepreneurial spirit
• Good business sense, initiative and ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Business development experience in the Information Communication Technology Industry would be an added advantage.
