Description – External
Role Synopsis

· Be the single point of contact in the respective Product lines for any Quality issues.
· Monitor performance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System at Product line level and report the results to GeoMarket QA Manager
· Interact with other functions within the GeoMarket to ensure proper functionality of the Quality Management System, reporting to GeoMarket QA Manager about changes which might be implemented.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

· Implements, maintains and continually improves BHI Quality Management System.
· Provides training, tools and techniques to allow other functions to achieve the established goals and objectives.
· Ensures that processes are conducted according the QMS requirements and continually improve them using 6 Sigma techniques.
· Ensures compliance to relevant applicable industry standards (DS-1, NS-2, ISO, API, ASME, ANSI, etc.).
· Manage monthly Management Review meeting within the Product lines.
· Follows-up and closes audit findings using available reporting systems.
· Supports Customer audits to BHI facilities.
· Participates in failures investigation supporting Reliability and R&M functions.
· Reports nonconformities and DMR’s.
· Provides training to all personnel about BHI QMS and related tools.
· Support Quality Inspection at shop operations level and ensures accuracy and completeness of documentation.
· Follow-up on the DMIAC process with RE.
· Handle special projects as assigned.

Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Basic Qualifications

· BS degree or equivalent; Master Degree preferable
· Minimum of 4 years in Quality Management
· Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Standards (i.e., ISO, API, DS-1, TQM)
· Preferred minimum of 2 years relevant oil field experience

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

· ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor
· ISO 9001:2008 / API Q1 Knowledge and application.
· Baker Hughes Product Lines knowledge (Basic Level)
· 6 Sigma Process Training
· FCPA

COORD FIELD SERVICE SR (Job Number: 1123332)
Education/Experience/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 10+ years experience in oilfield operations environment.
Skills/Knowledge: Thorough understanding of customer requirements. Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area. Proficient in the use of PC’s. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development.
Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support. Responsible for multiple products/services in a multiple legal entities. Typically does not have budgetary responsibility. Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s). Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff. Level is determined by a matrix based on years of experience, number of employees supervised, and scope of responsibility. Handles special projects, as assigned.

AMO TECH I – ELECTRO/MECH (Job Number: 1125098)
Role Synopsis

To function as part of maintenance Technician group, providing specialist support roles in a variety of technical duties to support the maintenance and reliability initiatives of the Geo-market, as related to the current Drilling & Evaluation supported tool suite and surface equipment. This position will work unsupervised but under the direction of the Facility Maintenance Supervisor. The position requires significant knowledge of Drilling & Evaluation products and the ability to quickly assess existing and potential problem areas concerning maintenance practices and product reliability

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Adherence to the company’s defined HS&E Policies and Procedures

Work to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices

Successful Technical and Non-Technical Competence Assessment

Work to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices

Complete tool inspections in accordance with engineering drawings & Procedures

Contribute to FRACAS data collection

Where applicable, utilize the MaPS database to input and access the necessary
Maintenance data records to apply conditional based Maintenance routines and to enable problem / equipment failure investigations.

Completion of required training and development programs associated with the Technician Competency Management Program

Ability to work from engineering drawings and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices

Willingness to travel between company Maintenance facilities for training and/or
Maintenance activities

Performance of unsupervised maintenance duties within proven competence levels

Exposure to hazardous materials and safety critical situations using appropriate safety wear and precautions, in accordance with the company’s HS&E Policies and Procedures

Heavy lifting may be required, in accordance with Company HS&E policy and procedures

Any other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager / Supervisor as appropriate

Basic Qualifications

Nationally recognized qualification in a mechanical or electronic discipline e.g. “Higher
National Diploma” (“HND”)

Minimum 2 years relevant industrial experience.

Successful completion of written technical pre-assessment

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in use of computer based programs related to application of products.

Good communication skills – both verbal and written.

Good analytical skills.
