Admin Officer
Nigeria, Lagos, Lekki

We are a fast paced young and dynamic recruitment business primed for growth.
This role will have operations financial, customer service, and gatekeeper responsibilities. The Admin officer will also assists with establishing and monitoring compliance with standards to ensure clients, and field employees expectations are met or exceeded.

Essential Functions:

• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of company.
• Responsible for insuring all requirements of the office are in full compliance.
• Maintains accurate client files and employee personnel files.
• Supervises collection and distribution of mail.
• Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
• Assists with formatting CV for submission to clients.
• Assists with Payroll functions.
• Responsible for taking action when issues and problems are identified.
• Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must live within easy commuting of Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
