Job Description

Administrative Assistant


1. Manage Top management agenda (find appointments, schedule internal meetings, keep it updated…)
2. Organize all travel arrangements for affiliate (visa, advance request, room booking, briefing packs, airport assistance, flight & car booking…).
3. Filing, record and update important files in the computer system or the sorters.
4. Prepare expenses documents when needed
5. Prepare different correspondences (official, confidential, in intern, suppliers, customers…)
6. Reception, screen & direct telephone calls.
7. Act as a link between the HOF, the departments and direct reports.
8. Deal with high confidentiality documents.
9. Make sure that all documents to be signed are in order or have all documents in proof.
10.Follow up of invoices for telephone, flight tickets, bank, services.
11.Administration tasks like send a fax, make copies, printings, binding

Candidate must have a B.Sc in Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the role. He/She must have a Good level of organizational and coordination skills. Good business understanding and ability to cooperate in international environment. Knowledge of SAP system.
