Job Description

You would be responsible for supporting mobile devices and Mobile Applications for the business and to advance the company’s Service delivery effort. Managing user complaints at divisional level.

Support Over 300 Mobile CRM users in ABUJA and environs
Logging and escalations of unresolved cases to 2nd line team
Eliciting requirements
Report organisations and analysis

You would be required to interface with clients and stakeholders from all business units including third parties to define and document business processes and software change requirements for technology initiatives, including online products, content management systems, and business information systems.
